Wandsworth Local Authority commissioned a Needs Assessment into experiences of older and vulnerable black, Asian and minority ethnic people and their carers in relation to Day Opportunities provision. The assessment involved interviewing organisations providing day opportunities services and leaders of black, Asian and minority ethnic-led organisations in the community.
